Since I am moving out of this beautiful apartment, a room in a modern, bright, 104 m² large maisonette apartment will be available from August 15, 2026 (or earlier by arrangement).

The apartment is located on the 5th floor and spans two floors. It has high ceilings, a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as a balcony. The free room is located on the upper floor. The jointly used areas are already fully furnished. The apartment is completely glazed on the sunny side and does not get too hot thanks to the sunblinds.
Kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate guest toilet, balcony, washing machine & dryer, as well as the cellar are shared. A parking space can be rented if needed (and available), and guest parking spaces are also available.

The free room is approximately 16qm in size and has a large wardrobe.

The apartment is virtually directly located at the Kappeli stop. A Coop Pronto and an Aldi are very close, and a large Coop is about a five-minute walk away.

You would be living with Jonas (29), who works as a doctor and is often quite busy with his job. In his free time, he does a lot of sports. If time allows, he loves to travel and is always up for joint activities or a drink. It's not just a functional shared apartment, but at the same time, everyone has enough space for themselves.
