In our 2-person shared apartment, a room of approximately 13sqm is available for subletting. The pictures show the apartment unfurnished, as we have just moved in, but when you move in, the room will be fully furnished (bed, shelves, and dresser, etc.). The room has a parquet floor, beautiful evening sun, and is oriented towards the quiet garden.

The 3-room apartment includes a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen (with dishwasher) as well as a living room and a large garden, which is shared with the neighbors :)

The apartment is located in a quiet street, but is well connected; 5 minutes to Bucheggplatz, 10 minutes to Milchbuck, and Käferberg/Irchelpark are also nearby.

You would be living with Lisa. She is studying medicine in her final year and is currently working in her practical year. Otherwise, she is often out and about, doing sports, going to the Badi, or in the mountains, cooking, and reading a lot, and doing the occasional creative hobby :)
We are looking for: an open-minded, uncomplicated (preferably FLINTA*) person who enjoys relaxed cohabitation, where everyone has their own space, but also likes to spontaneously cook, chat, or have a coffee together.
