The room is CHF. 750. The start date can be negotiated. The apartment is located between Breitenrain and Viktoriaplatz.
The apartment is next to the Viktoriaplatz tram station (line 9). There are nice bars, restaurants, and grocery stores (Migros, Coop, Denner, etc.) in the neighborhood. We are near to Aare and the city center.
