DESCRIPTIONThe room is approximately 13m2 in size, has two spacious built-in closets and a wooden floor. Despite the relatively small window, it is surprisingly bright and cozy and is located in a beautiful, renovated old apartment in the heart of the Länggassquartier. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station (Welle). Migros and Coop are practically around the corner. The apartment has a renovated bathroom and a large kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine). Unfortunately, there is no balcony, but there is a large, green seating area in the courtyard that is available to the entire house.The room is unfurnished and is available immediately. Move-in is possible immediately or by arrangement.

WE ARE LOOKING FORAn open, straightforward, and uncomplicated person as a roommate for our 3-person shared apartment. Age and gender are not important to us. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and pets are not welcome. If you think you would fit in well with us, please write us a few lines. We look forward to your message.

WE AREWe are Romy (main tenant, 41, working in addiction help, swimming, yoga, and love to dance) and Samuel (28, trained automaton, like to do sports (volleyball/snowboarding) and start with the PH). We like to be on the go and are not always in the shared apartment in the evening and on weekends. If it works out, we like to sit together in the kitchen for dinner, but we also appreciate our peace and quiet. We are uncomplicated and communicate openly with each other. What is important to us is a more or less clean and tidy apartment and the reliable completion of tasks.Move-in possible from September 1st.
