Amazon Prime, Serafe, internet (over 1Gbit/s), and a cleaning specialist every two weeks are included.
The toilet with shower is shared with one of the roommates, the other has their own bathroom.
No pets allowed.

Despite being close to the train station, it's a very quiet location.

Two men, 28 and 44 years old. Marius is from Graubünden and works at ETH (PhD) and Ralph works at a confectionery/ice cream factory in Meilen. We are two quiet, uncomplicated guys who maintain an extremely quiet shared apartment life, but also like to go out on weekends when the opportunity arises.
We are looking for a long-term tenant.
