In our cozy 3-room shared apartment, a bright room is available. The apartment is located in a charming old building with a lot of character. The kitchen was completely renovated a few years ago and, with its cozy corner bench, forms the heart of the apartment - perfect for eating together after work or studying, or simply winding down after a long day.
The room is very bright and offers a beautiful view of the green surroundings. Directly in front of the apartment, there are large meadows and a beautiful mountain landscape. Especially in summer, you can enjoy the large balcony or simply appreciate the peace and quiet after a long day.

Who lives here?
I'm Daniel, 35 years old. I work as a locksmith and study social work at the HSLU on the side. This summer, I'll start my internship at Pro Infirmis in Goldau.
I value an uncomplicated shared living situation. Everyone has their own space, and if it suits, we have a coffee or a beer together on the terrace or enjoy a movie night with the projector.

Another room belongs to a good colleague from the film industry. He contributes to the rent but doesn't live in the apartment. The shared apartment often feels more like a two-person apartment.

The room is particularly suitable for students or weekly commuters who are looking for a quiet, affordable, and well-located place to live.
