The rent is CHF 1'655 per month, including ancillary costs.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and impresses with an intelligent floor plan and a large balcony across the entire width of the apartment. The modern kitchen has a glass ceramic hob and a dishwasher, and the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
The house has three washing machines and three tumble dryers available for shared use. Parking spaces in the garage can be rented additionally if needed.
The apartment is very centrally located in the popular Länggassquartier, 3 minutes' walk from Migros/Denner.
