Hello,
a room is becoming available in our shared accommodation in Lausanne Chailly and we're looking for a new person to join us from September 1st.
We are Lauriane, Louis, and Florine (between 29 and 33 years old), and we enjoy sharing a life together. We like to get together for a meal, a board game, a movie, or just to chat after work. Each of us also has our own rhythm and space. We're not big partygoers and prefer a calm and friendly atmosphere. We are also non-smokers and are looking for someone who is too.
The room is about 10m² and has a balcony with a great view of the Alps :) The living room opens onto a large south-facing balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains.
There's a Migros, Denner, and Coop within a 5-minute walk, and bus 7 takes you directly to the city center in 10 minutes.
The rent is 700.- per month + about 20.- in charges.
Small bonus: Jostophe, Louis' cat, is also part of the shared accommodation! He brings his daily dose of purrs (when he feels like it )
