As of August 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are renting a mechanic's box in our commercial building in Diessenhofen for a hobby mechanic. It is explicitly rented to a hobby mechanic, and commercial use is not permitted.
The box includes an outdoor parking space behind the property. The box also has a shared toilet, which is shared with three other box tenants.
The boxes are shown in the raw state in the photos. In the meantime, they have been equipped with grid gates.
Due to its central location on the Schaffhausen-Kreuzlingen connecting road, the commercial building is excellently connected. We can best clarify the local infrastructure during a visit (usage, truck access, forklift, etc.)
