Our apartment building offers beautiful studios and rooms. The building is located on the quiet Culmannstrasse, a parallel street to Universitätsstrasse. Thus, our building is only a few minutes' walk from the main train station and the university/ETH. The nearest tram stop is a two-minute walk away. The studios are very popular among students, doctoral students, or interns at the university. It has an area of 15 m2 and is equipped as follows:

• Telephone connection (activation via Swisscom within 3 days)

Electricity and ancillary costs are included in the package. Shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer as well as bike room. The minimum rental period is 6 months. After that, the apartment can be terminated at the end of each month with 3 months' notice. In the event of premature termination, CHF 200 will be charged as a handling fee. The deposit is CHF 3000.--
