Our apartment building offers nice rooms or small apartments. The building is located on the quiet Culmannstrasse, which is a parallel street to Universitätsstrasse, just a few minutes' walk from the University/ETH. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk away.

The room has an area of 22 m2 and is equipped as follows:
- Washbasin
- Furniture such as bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, nightstand, lighting
- Telephone connection socket (connection via Swisscom or Cablecom)
- Sunrise connection (active)
- Elevator
- Internet connection via WLAN can be rented separately (Fr. 35).

Shared use of one of three kitchens on the ground floor, washing machine and dryer, bicycle room.

The shower and toilet are located on the floor.

The ancillary costs such as heating, water, caretaker and electricity (also room) are covered by the flat rate. Kitchen, toilets and showers are cleaned weekly by the caretaker.

The minimum rental period is 6 months. The notice period is 2 months (excluding December). In case of early termination, the brokerage fee is Fr. 200.--

The deposit is Fr. 2000.--
