Recent residence from 2020. 5 minutes walk from the large Migros shopping center. 5 minutes from Lidl, 1 minute from the PKF fitness center.
The 32m2 apartment has a bathroom, an equipped kitchen (small fridge, dishwasher, plates and oven with heating).
The laundry room is on the ground floor.
It also has a basement on the ground floor.
Parking spaces are sometimes available in the basement for 180 Fr./month.
Otherwise, you have the possibility to request a parking permit from the Crissier municipality, 360 Fr./year, parking spaces 5 minutes from the residence.
Close to public transportation.
Net rent: 1'025 Fr
Charges: 48 Fr (advance payment for heating, hot water and ancillary costs).
Visits can be organized via the contact form.
I only accept solvent applications from persons with a valid residence permit (Swiss, permit C, permit B).
