From 11/01/2026 to 04/30/2027 (6 months) I rent my beautiful, high-quality furnished apartment in Zurich-Höngg. The apartment is located in an extremely quiet location near the city limits. Here you won't hear any car noise, just idyllic bird chirping. Additionally, the house is absolutely not ring-shaped - you enjoy your complete privacy and peace here.

• Zurich Main Station: Can be reached directly and without changing trains by bus in about 30 minutes.
• ETH Center / University: Can be reached in about 35 minutes.
• Altstetten & Oerlikon train stations: Can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Since the house residents place great value on a harmonious coexistence and are very quiet, I am looking for a quiet and careful person (or a couple) who appreciates this oasis. Since I leave a few green roommates behind, it would be extremely important to me that you have a knack for plants and water them regularly during my absence.
