- 7 minutes walk to the train station
- 7 minutes walk to Villettenpark a See
- Your room is approximately 15 m2 in size
- Open kitchen to the dining and living area
- Balcony facing south
- 3rd floor in a 6-family house
- Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room
- Locked bike room and cellar

In your room, there is a bed (140×200) that can be taken over, (but does not have to be).
Otherwise, the room is unfurnished and you can furnish it according to your wishes
and needs.
I am looking for a flatmate over 50, employed or retired,
tidy, sympathetic, and looking for a longer stay in Cham.
