I am looking for a flatmate to rent.

The apartment is a row house in Moosseedorf. It was built by the architectural firm atelier5 and has a very special (brutalist) design. Of course, it would be cool if you could get a little excited about it.
The house has 3 floors. On the lower floor, which is yours, there is the entrance, your room with a small garden and your bathroom with a washing machine, which I also use occasionally. On the middle floor, I have my room, office and bathroom. On the top floor is the living room with kitchen and dining area. It has a terrace that can be used jointly. It is accessible from my floor and the kitchen.

From the house, it's about a 10-minute walk to the train station, about 3 minutes by bike. A train runs to Bern every 15 minutes, which takes 11 minutes.

I think it's important that we get along well. Therefore, a few details about me. My name is Valentin, I'm 24 years old. I study psychology in Bern. In my free time, I like to play table tennis and go jogging in the nearby woods. It would be great if we could do something together from time to time to strengthen our flat-sharing life:)
