The room is rather small, but very cozy and has morning sun. You also have a spacious shared living room at your disposal.
The highlight of the house is a large communal garden with a seating area, barbecue and ping-pong table, ideal for relaxing, gardening and occasionally having a joint evening with the neighbors.

The room is available from September 1st, 26. The rent is 800.- including utilities and internet.

My name is Simon, I'm 39, formerly a music teacher, now a landscape gardener.
I'm interested in many things: music, travel, hiking, nature, bike tours, climbing, the Aare, reading and playing Tichu.

I wish for a friendly, open person for an uncomplicated two-person shared flat. Occasional joint evenings with cooking, chatting or a after-work beer are welcome. At the same time, I appreciate it if both have their own free space and privacy. During the week, I usually get up quite early (around 6 am). Therefore, I enjoy it when it's quieter at home during the week after 10 pm. On weekends, it's more relaxed. Sometimes friends come over, e.g. for a round of Tichu. However, this happens rather rarely. Most of the time, I leave the house when I want to do something or meet people. I also like to be outdoors in nature on weekends and have a small music room not far from my apartment. Occasionally, I spend time with my neighbors in the garden or just make myself comfortable at home.
