The shared room (left and largest room, one bed is available - not visible in the picture) is in a bright and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment. An open kitchen with a cozy living area belongs to the common living space. Washing machine / dryer, microwave also belong to the equipment, as well as the smart home lighting and Roby, our vacuum robot. You share the bathroom with shower.

The all-inclusive package includes internet, TV, electricity, insurance, Serafe, cleaning lady every two weeks, joint purchases (such as trash bags, cleaning products, joint food, etc.), etc.

The quiet apartment is located on the edge of the forest, well connected (Kloten train station about 10 minutes, bus to the airport about 4 minutes, shopping about 4 minutes walking distance). Zurich main station can be reached in 15 minutes by train. There are no parking spaces.

We are looking for..
If you have life experience, are a non-smoker, and if vacuum cleaner, washing machine, or glass recycling are not foreign words to you, I'm looking forward to hearing from you :-) It's important to me that all residents contribute to the community, so if you're used to swinging a dustpan or a cleaning cloth, I'd be happy to get to know you better. The room is not suitable for home office, as it is rather dark (unlike the living area) and we have irregular working hours and sometimes need rest during the day. Interested? I'm Sabrina, 41, office worker and main tenant. I work part-time and the apartment is my retreat. I value cleanliness and order, I am helpful and open-minded. I regularly watch ice hockey, cook and bake very gladly. A cozy Netflix evening is also allowed..

Nicole is 57 years old and a flight attendant. She's not always there and when she is, she's very quiet. She is very helpful and open.

We speak German and English (and Nicole also Spanish).

Everyone's privacy is respected and taken into account. It should be a cozy community with enough space for everyone, but not just a functional shared apartment.
