Hello :) We are two students, Elena and Jen, looking for a new roommate.

We imagine a roommate who is between 20 and 26 years old, possibly a student, who enjoys living in a community but also has a sense of privacy. What's important to us is respectful interaction and reliability. We also look forward to joint (study) evenings or occasional coffees.

Since we prefer communal living with female peers living in Switzerland, our ad excludes people who currently live abroad (e.g., exchange students). The successor should be in roughly the same stage of life (student, part-time employed, aged 20-25) and already live in Switzerland. This way, we can enable a peaceful and harmonious shared flat life and make it easier for all parties involved to get to know each other and move in. :)

The room is about 12 square meters in size and is available for rent, unfurnished, until the end of September 2027. The entire apartment was newly renovated in 2021, including the wooden floor and tiles, as well as the kitchen and bathroom with toilet. A shared room is being offered for rent, and the other rooms (like the kitchen, bathroom, and living room) are, of course, available for shared use.

The bus stop is 2 minutes away, and Winterthur train station can be reached in 10 minutes. There are several shopping options and sports facilities in the area. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet very close to the hotspots.
