We are looking for subtenants for our beautiful apartment in Zürich Affoltern.
The apartment consists of a living kitchen with a fireplace, a small bathroom with a separate toilet, a gallery with a balcony, and 3 other rooms. The apartment is beautifully located on the outskirts of Zürich with a view of the nature reserve and the popular Katzensee. Public transportation and shopping facilities are within a 10-minute walk.
We live in the apartment with our two children. Since I will be going abroad for work for 4 years, we would like to sublet the apartment for this period. My husband will spend about one night a month in the smallest room of the apartment for two to three nights. Otherwise, all rooms are available for free use. The apartment is ideal for a shared flat and will not be furnished for subletting.
Ideally, we are looking for two people who would like to live in the apartment.
