Following a "market price" increase by the management, which we received on 30.07.2026, the new rent is as follows:
Net rent CHF 2'140.- + charges CHF 210.- = CHF 2'350.-/month including charges, instead of the CHF 2'221.- we were paying.
Very beautiful, modern and bright apartment, crossing, on the 5th floor of a 2020 building with elevator, in a family-friendly neighborhood, ideally located and close to all amenities. Playground at the foot of the buildings and secure underground parking with car/motorcycle/scooter spaces and bicycle parking.
The apartment consists of:
- Two bedrooms: one bedroom (~12m²) with an en-suite Italian shower/toilet, and a large bedroom (~14m²), both with access to the north balcony
- Two large balconies: one on the north side and one on the south side
- A large, equipped kitchen with access to the north balcony
- 2nd bathroom with toilet/bathtub and included washing column,
- A spacious and bright living room with access to the south balcony.
A parking space in the underground parking costs an additional 180.- CHF/month.
