The apartment on the 3rd floor has been completely renovated and consists of:

New, equipped kitchen, separate from the living room

Spacious living room and south-facing terrace

3 large bedrooms

Windowed bathroom with shower and washing column

South-facing terrace

All floors are made of parquet, except for the bathroom area.

CONDOMINIUM INFORMATION:

The unit has a private washing column in the apartment, but there is also a common laundry room;

no elevator;

heating through water radiators with a centralized oil-fired system;

1 outdoor parking space included in the rent;

Additional costs with a monthly advance payment of Fr. 180.-, with settlement at the end of the period;

Cats are allowed (if already in possession), dogs are not;

Minimum contract term 2 years;

Deposit 3 months' rent with guarantee deposit or Swisscaution/Firstcaution;
