The apartment is a simple, older old-building apartment and is suitable for people who are looking for an uncomplicated living solution and appreciate the character of an older house. Those who expect a modern, newly renovated apartment will not find it here; however, those who value a good price-performance ratio may feel at home here.

Location

The property is located in the heart of the village of Fräschels. Fräschels train station is about an 8-minute walk away and offers good connections to Kerzers, Murten, and Lyss.

The property was recently taken over by two brothers who are looking forward to friendly, uncomplicated tenants.

Special features of the apartment

The apartment has its own separate entrance. Directly next to the outdoor parking lot, you can reach the upper floor via a staircase. In the entrance area, you have a cellar/washroom with a washing machine for your sole use. Upstairs at the staircase, there are two accesses to the apartment: one leads to the corridor and kitchen, the other directly to the bathroom.

The kitchen is the heart of the apartment. From here, you can reach the cozy living room, which particularly benefits from the beautiful evening sun in autumn and winter. You can also reach the balcony and a separate room from the kitchen. This room leads to a smaller room and from there again to the bathroom. The apartment includes an outdoor parking space directly at the house entrance and a covered and lockable parking space in the roof of the house.
