- Living room and dining room: from the living room, you can access two large balconies
- Service bathroom

First floor:
- 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with wall-mounted cabinets and access to two balconies from two rooms
- Bathroom with shower (from 2024)

Going down to the basement, there is a cellar and shelves in the corridor.
A laundry room without a washing machine and dryer is available (at the tenant's expense)

Furthermore, the house is connected to an apartment/grotto with a habitable kitchen, fireplace, bedroom, and bathroom with shower.
You can access the large garden with a pergola.
Pets are allowed.
Uncovered parking spaces are included in the rent.
Heating with pellet and electric heating

Location: 1950.-, expenses at the tenant's expense.
