For our beautiful, bright and spacious shared apartment in the heart of Sarnen, we are looking for two new flatmates who want to become part of an open and appreciative home.
The move-in date is October 1st, but it's also possible to move in earlier by arrangement.

A sympathetic flatmate from the existing 3-person shared apartment will remain in the apartment.
We are looking for two new flatmates who enjoy respectful, uncomplicated and cordial cohabitation.
Another flatmate who is already moving out will still use the cozy guest area on the gallery for 23 nights a week.
His rent share will be evenly distributed among all fixed shared apartment members and thus reduce the monthly rent costs for each fixed flatmate.

The apartment offers plenty of space to feel comfortable:
large and bright rooms
two bathrooms
a large cellar and attic for shared use
a great location in the middle of Sarnen
Migros and Coop are located right next door, the bus stop is in front of the house, and the train station can be reached in about five minutes on foot.

Costs
Room: CHF 700 per month including utilities
Outdoor parking: CHF 50 per month (optional)

Open House Day
We want to make the room search uncomplicated and therefore invite you to our Open House Day.

Sunday, August 3rd
10:00 am to 3:00 pm

You can come by without registration, take a look at the apartment at your leisure, and get to know us personally.
If you wish for a home where respectful, considerate, and cordial interaction is a matter of course, we look forward to meeting you.
