I'm going on a six-month trip and renting out my 2-room apartment in the heart of the Breitenrain quarter (3014). I'm flexible with the move-out date and can rent the apartment for 5.5 months or a bit longer if desired.

The apartment is bright and sunny all day. It features a modern kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a cozy balcony. The bed is 160 cm wide. The apartment does not have WiFi.

The apartment is rented out fully furnished. All additional costs are included in the rent.
I'm looking for a single person or a couple who wants a quiet place to live and won't use the apartment for parties. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
