I'm renting a room in a 3.5-room old town apartment and looking for a roommate for an uncomplicated 2-person shared apartment.

The Apartment
The apartment has 130 m², is located on the 4th floor of an old town house from 1860 (no elevator) and was renovated in 2020. Exposed wooden beams, a Swedish stove in the living area, and a spacious gallery give it its own character - historic substance, modern expansion. There are two bathrooms, so each person has their own bathroom. A washing machine and dryer are available, as well as a separate storage room.

The Room
Two rooms are available, both of which can be used as bedrooms. Both are located on the back of the house, facing the Aare, away from the alley. If you prefer more space and openness, you could also use the gallery as a bedroom or workspace. We can discuss which room you take and how we divide the gallery when we meet - there's room for flexibility. You'll definitely bring your own bed. There's space for your own furniture - what else stays or comes with it, we'll clarify when we meet.

The Location
Restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping opportunities are right outside the door, the main train station and public transportation are within walking distance in a few minutes. The Aare is just as close.
