The room is approximately 15 m² in size and part of a modern, approximately 101 m² large apartment with underfloor heating, private laundry tower, basement compartment, and optional underground parking space.
The living room, kitchen, balcony, and both bathrooms (the bathroom as needed) can be used jointly, of course. The apartment is high-quality equipped, including Philips Hue lighting system, 77-inch LG TV with sound system, and Dyson devices.

Important info: The apartment is a cat household, so a person is being sought who feels comfortable with cats.
