Located in the commune of Thônex, close to all amenities (public transport to the city center of Geneva, shopping center). The room is bright and offers a calm and pleasant living environment.

To note: The apartment is shared with two people (my son and myself) as well as two four-legged companions: 1 cat and 1 rabbit.

So that cohabitation goes as smoothly as possible, we are looking for a person:

Serious and respectful of everyone's calm.

Solvent (proof of income or guarantee required).

In order (person necessarily in possession of valid identity papers / residence permit).

No smoking allowed in the apartment.

Documents to be provided after the visit:

Identity document.

Last 3 pay slips (or proof of solvency).

Extract from the Office of Pursuits.
