From August 1st, 2026, I will be renting out a large, beautiful, and furnished room in my attic apartment.
The room offers:

Shared use of kitchen, living area, and basement

- elevator directly into the apartment

The apartment is bright, quiet, and very pleasant to live in.
Important note on usage:
I use the room about every other weekend, as my two children are with me then. During this time, the sleeping situation can be flexibly solved and will be discussed together. The rent is already fairly considered accordingly.
I am looking for a reliable, respectful person who appreciates this special living situation and can handle it with trust and consideration.
