We are looking for a new roommate for our large shared apartment in Wetzikon. We have the entire house to ourselves. We are five uncomplicated roommates, four men and one woman between 19 and 32 years old, and a quiet, friendly dog, living in the apartment. We work in a bike shop, at Sauber, and as chemistry lab technicians. The house has 8.5 rooms and is very spacious with a large basement and attic. It has a large terrace and a large garden. In the evening, we enjoy a joint dinner or a beer, and in the summer, we enjoy our large garden together. The large house allows us to withdraw and spend a quiet evening. 750m2 living space, 1500m2 total area with surroundings. There is enough space to park vehicles in front of the house. Wetzikon train station is within an 8-minute walk, and Migros and Lidl are within short walking distance.
