Spacious 4.5-room apartment with a big private terrace seeking a family

We are three tenants currently moving out of our well-loved apartment at Mimosenstrasse 9: a bright, two-floor flat in a quiet, green residential area right next to Berninaplatz, perfectly situated between Milchbuch and Oerlikon. We are looking for a family to take over this home, as WG arrangements are not permitted by the landlord.

The apartment offers three rooms across two floors, a living room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with separate shower, and a cozy bonus room on the upper level. The highlight is a large private rooftop terrace: perfect for summer evenings and barbecues, plus a small balcony, a cellar, and a secure bike room. The apartment is fully equiped of household appliances, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, a modern dishwasher and a modern oven.

We did not add pictures of the rooms to protect the privacy of the current tenants.

Furniture handover

We are leaving behind several pieces of furniture that we would love to pass on to the new tenants. This includes the rooftop terrace furniture (table, chairs), and a few other select items. All at fair prices. A detailed list can be shared on request later.

The apartment is in excellent condition, we've kept it clean and cared for it well throughout our 3 years here. The neighbourhood is calm and family-friendly, with good public transport links and easy access to green spaces.
