Room 1: 14 m2, available immediately. Rent: 800 CHF.
Room 2: 10 m2, available from September 1st, 2026. Rent: 700 CHF.
Both rooms: Cold rent plus additional costs.
Apartment equipment:
Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer
Bathroom: With bathtub.
Laundry: Washing machines and dryers for shared use in the house.
Outdoor area: Beautiful, large garden for shared use.
Location & Environment:
The location is ideal. Bus stop within 2 minutes on foot. Aarau train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
Shopping: Aldi, Migros, Coop, and MediaMarkt are within 10 minutes on foot.
What I'm looking for:
I prefer a woman or a girl as a subtenant who values order and a pleasant coexistence. Pets are not allowed, and it's a non-smoking apartment.
