Please note that the apartment can only be rented if the following conditions are cumulatively met due to the guidelines from the soil and real estate strategy:

Residence

At least one of the persons applying has been living in Baden for at least 2 years.

Taxable income

The total income of all adult persons applying is less than four times the rent (gross) according to the last tax return.

Taxable assets

The total assets of all adult persons applying are less than CHF 200,000.- according to the last tax return.

Number of persons who will live in the apartment

Minimum occupancy: 2- and 2.5-room apartments, at least 1 person. 3- and 3.5-room apartments, at least 2 persons. 4- and 4.5-room apartments, at least 3 persons.

The apartment will be used by yourself

You are not allowed to sublet the apartment.

We rent a 3-room apartment on the 1st floor (left) immediately or by agreement.
