Our apartment is something special and that's exactly what we like about it.
It is located in the industrial quarter of Bern-Wankdorf. During the week, it can be a bit livelier during the day. However, the location offers a great advantage: as soon as the businesses close, it becomes pleasantly quiet in the building. In the evenings and especially on weekends, you have a lot of freedom, whether for music, guests, or a cozy evening on the large terrace.

We are Nik and Pablo. Music is part of our daily life. Besides that, we like nature, animals, good conversations, and a relaxed atmosphere at home. Everyone has their own space, at the same time we appreciate a friendly and respectful coexistence.

Our shared flat works without a cleaning schedule, without a list of chores, and without complicated rules. Not because order is unimportant, but because we are convinced that personal responsibility, consideration, and open communication are a better foundation for a pleasant coexistence.
