The floor plans of both apartments can be found in the advertisement.

You can:

• apply for both apartments at the same time or

• apply for only one of the two apartments.

Please use the appropriate application form with the correct apartment number for each application. The respective apartment number can be found at the top right of the floor plan.

These are subsidized apartments in the city of Zurich. In order for us to consider your application, the city of Zurich's requirements must be strictly met.

In particular, the following conditions apply:

• At least three people must move into the apartment.

• The civil domicile must have existed in the canton of Zurich for at least two years.

• Foreign nationals also need a settlement permit or a permanent residence permit.

• All occupancy and income requirements of the city of Zurich must be met.

• The detailed requirements can be found in the PDF "Subsidy Regulations_July_2026" below the pictures.

Please note: If you do not meet these requirements, your application cannot be considered.

The apartments offer:
