Hello!
I'm looking for a roommate to take over a room in my 3-room apartment located on Rue de Comba-Borel in Neuchâtel, just two steps from the train station and the city center.
The room is unfurnished, but it's possible to take over the bed of my current roommate if you wish. The kitchen is equipped and there's a shared laundry room in the building.
The room is available from September 1st.
The rent is 640.-, + 25.- for internet and about 45.- every two months for electricity. That comes out to about 680-690.- per month.
I'm 35 years old, have resumed my studies in sociology, and work part-time in software development.
Ideally, you're in your thirties or not too far off (so our lifestyles are roughly compatible).
