I am renting out my bright and cozy 2.5-room apartment from early August 2026 to late March 2027 for subletting. There is also the possibility to take over the apartment from late March 2027.

Rental conditions

• Available from August 2026 to late March 2027 with option to take over the apartment from April 2027
• CHF 1'950 per month including ancillary costs

• Non-smoking apartment (smoking only allowed on the balconies)
• No pets allowed
• No elevator available
• Deposit: CHF 2'000 for furniture and apartment equipment. The deposit will be fully refunded after the apartment has been handed over, provided no damage is found.
