The apartment is relatively large (7 rooms), modern, and has two large terraces. It is very centrally located in Sempach, just a few minutes from the lake, the town, the bus stop, or the highway.

We are looking for an open and responsible person for the last few months in this beautiful attic apartment in Sempach. The shared flat will dissolve at the end of November, so the room is available for rent until mid-November.

We are a mixed 4-person shared flat, aged between 31 and 34 years. Currently, two nice dogs are also living in the shared flat (from September, only one will remain.)
We appreciate a considerate and relaxed cohabitation. If it works out, we like to cook/eat together, but completely without obligation.
