The apartment is located on a quiet street and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment also includes a balcony with a view of the greenery. Rent (including ancillary costs and underground parking space): 1265.00 SFr. / month
The apartment is within walking distance (approx. 5 minutes) to the Breite shopping center in Rickenbach, and the bus stop (in the direction of Wil train station / in the direction of Kirchberg) is a 2-minute walk.
The rental apartment includes an underground parking space, which will be available from 01.11.2026.
