From August 15th, large 3-room apartment with unique character, on the ground floor of an old farmhouse located at the end of a road, so without traffic.
Fireplace, magnificent view of the lake, a covered parking space, washing machine and dryer to share with other tenants, communal garden, possibility to create a vegetable garden.
Many daffodils in the spring and clear road in winter, no need for 4x4, but a car is recommended.
There is no cellar, but an outdoor space to store a few items.
In the apartment above live a father and his two daughters (11 and 15, one week every two weeks).
A studio is also located in this building; it is occasionally occupied by the owner or her son (during the Jazz Festival, for example).
Note, you should not be too tall as part of the apartment is decorated with beams that are 1.80m from the floor.
Non-smoking apartment and no dogs (as a sympathetic cat already lives in the house). Other sympathetic cats are welcome!
An electronic cat door was installed in June in one of the windows and I will ask for a contribution of 600.- for the takeover by the new tenant (with or without cat!)
Rent 1050.- including utilities, provided you mow the lawn every two weeks and help once a year to empty the gutters (otherwise 1150.-).
