The apartment has everything you need (laundry tower, large rooms, dishwasher) and is best suited for couples or single people. It is oriented to the west, so you have the perfect view over the roofs of Zurich to the evening sun and the Uetliberg.

We are moving because we need an additional room, but we were more than satisfied with the apartment. The apartment has a reduit, but no attic/basement compartment.

Additionally, our underground parking space can be taken over for CHF 250.00 if needed.
