We are two international guys in our early 30s working in Web3 and Tech, looking for a third flatmate to join us in our spacious penthouse flat.

We love tech, innovation, and staying curious about the world. Outside of work, we enjoy traveling, reading, staying active, and cooking healthy meals together. Electronic music is a big part of our lives, and we share a love for community, self-expression, and the occasional festival or Burner-adjacent adventure.

We view our flat as a shared home, not just a collection of separate rooms. We take a communal approach to livingfor instance, we don't divide up shelf space in the fridge or stick name tags on food. Instead, we use common sense, sharing meals and drinks naturally and replenishing communal staples as needed. We also sporadically host gatherings and parties at home; we keep music levels sensible, and because the layout is split over two floors, social time upstairs stays naturally separate from quiet time downstairs.

The Flat
Our flat is a 150m² duplex penthouse on the top floors of a 6-story building between Stauffacher and Helvetiaplatz, just 100 meters from Langstrasse and a 10-minute walk to Zurich Main Station. Despite the ultra-central location, the flat is surprisingly quietyou can sleep with open windows in the summer.

• 44m² Rooftop Terrace: Sunset views, large lounging area, BBQ, pizza oven, and outdoor shower.
• Open-Plan Living: Bright living space with integrated kitchen and rooftop access. The space is also stocked with a liquor cabinet, wine fridge, and ice machine.
• Bathrooms: 2 main bathrooms on the lower floor + 1 guest toilet on the upper floor.
• Cleanliness: A cleaning person comes every two weeks to keep everything fresh and tidy.
• Convenience: Private elevator access directly into the flat (key-restricted) and 2 basement storage compartments.

The Room
The available bedroom is 17m² and comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, wardrobe, clothes hanger, and plants.

• Rent: 1,900 CHF / month (excludes utilities, internet, and the bi-weekly cleaning service)
