I am unfortunately leaving Switzerland and giving up my beautiful flat in Altstetten.

I am looking to move by agreement latest August 10.

Preference is given to candidates who will buy over furniture for 2000CHF (message for full list)

You can visit on Sunday between 11:00 and 15:00 and I'm also available earlier during the week for a visit or a video call.

The apartment has many advantages:
- it's large, it has big 2 rooms plus separate kitchen but realistically the enclove in the corridor creates so much space it's almost like an additional third room (I use it as a dinig room)
- it gets a lot of light from the windows (with a view on Uetliberg)
- it has a large cellar
- there's a great balcony (looking out at Uetliberg)
- the kitchen is well equipped
- there's a private laundry machine and tumbledryer
- the neighborhood is great: there's big Coop, Migros, Denner, local shop open on Sundays. It's not far from Bnhf Altstetten and there's bus stops 80, 78, 67 right next door
- there's a bike shed
- lovely neighbors and nice house management

Requirements for application:
- 1 or 2 adults
- no pets
- no smoking
- I am selling some furniture as I'm moving out and would like the next tenant to take them over. They're all in great condition.
- you'll need to provide a copy of your ID and proof of employment showing that you are permanently employed and what the salary is
