I'm moving and looking for a tenant to take over my 2-room apartment at Oltnerstrasse 133 in Aarburg. The apartment is available from August 1, 2026, or by mutual agreement.

About the apartment: 2 rooms on the ground floor, intended for one person. The rent is CHF 1,090.– per month (CHF 940.– net plus CHF 150.– ancillary costs, including heating, hot water, water, and waste disposal). The deposit is CHF 3,270.– (three months' rent) and can also be provided through a rental deposit insurance like Firstcaution or SwissCaution – so you don't necessarily have to pay the amount in cash. The existing rental agreement will be taken over under the same conditions, so there will be no rent increase when changing tenants.

Please note: The administration requires a fixed employment for the application. Additionally, a current debt collection register extract, a copy of your ID or passport, and a proof of income are required. Having these documents ready will speed up the process significantly.
