Due to my foreign deployment for my employer, I am looking for a subtenant / flatmate for my furnished 3.5-room apartment, limited until the end of March 2027 (optionally extendable), from September 1, 2026 (or by agreement).

Apartment details:

• Fully furnished 3.5-room apartment on the ground floor, where the large room (approx. 14.5 m2), the living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom, as well as the basement compartment, are available for your use. If you want to furnish your room yourself, the currently available furniture, bed and wardrobe, can be removed or supplemented.
• Large, bright, open, and fully equipped kitchen
• Own washing machine/tumble dryer tower in the laundry room in the basement
• Beautifully furnished and covered garden seating area
• TV and internet free to use
• An outdoor parking space can be rented additionally.

Rent amount

• CHF 1,505 including ancillary costs per month
• The apartment (without the main tenant's room) is available for your sole use for most of the year. The main tenant is present, with prior notice, 2 times a year for about 2 weeks. For the period of his presence, the rent is already fully paid through the annual rent cost distribution.
• Optional outdoor parking space for CHF 45 per month
