Hello! I'm looking for a subtenant for a wonderful 3.5 room old building apartment in Fischermätteli, Bern during my exchange semester.
It's a temporary sublet in the period August 2026 to around March 2027, by arrangement.
The apartment offers the following advantages:
- Great old building with modern construction standard
- Herringbone parquet, bright rooms, high ceilings
- Built-in closets
- Bathroom with bathtub and window
- Balcony & garden access in the backyard
- Dishwasher & washing machine
- Very good location: public transport in front of the house, max. 10 minutes by bike to the train station, shopping opportunities next door, sports and recreation areas as well as Gelateria di Berna nearby
- Super price-performance (!), 1730.- per month
- Partially furnished, by arrangement
The size and cut of the apartment are ideal for couples plus/minus 1 child. For 2 children, it would probably be a bit too tight, unless they are still very small. But also 2-person shared flats (working professionals) and single tenants are possible. No pets are allowed.
