In an old charming family house, we offer for rent a pleasant duplex apartment on the ground and 1st floor with a garden of over 105 m², available from 15.10.2026.
The pool in summer and the laundry room are to be shared.
We ourselves live in the house. Our previous tenant and friend stayed for nearly ten years, which reflects the atmosphere we appreciate: respect, conviviality, and good neighborhood.
As it is an old house, despite excellent thermal insulation, some everyday noises may be perceptible. We are therefore looking for calm, respectful, and sensitive people to a harmonious cohabitation.
We would be delighted to rent to people who appreciate a spirit of trust and mutual help between neighbors, for example to water plants during vacations or occasionally provide small services.
Non-smokers only. Animals are welcome.
Rent contract of at least 6 months or one year to discuss, renewable then every 3 months. A rent guarantee equivalent to two months' rent including charges will be required.
