Ich vermiete zwei helle, miteinander verbundene Zimmer in meiner charmanten Altbauwohnung am Hardplatz. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Zimmer, eine renovierte Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die beiden verbundenen Zimmer stehen dir zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das dritte Zimmer gehört mir, wird jedoch nur sehr selten genutzt und kann nach Absprache ebenfalls mitgenutzt werden.
Ich wohne in Berlin und arbeite als Flugbegleiterin bei der SWISS. Daher bin ich nur gelegentlich in Zürich manchmal mehrere Monate gar nicht, manchmal nur für wenige Nächte im Monat, beispielsweise während einer Rufbereitschaft oder für Bodentrainingstage.
Das bedeutet: Die meiste Zeit hast du die zentral gelegene Wohnung praktisch für dich allein und kannst die Ruhe und den Platz genießen

This apartment is ideal for professionals, commuters, or anyone looking for a quiet and spacious home in a central Zurich location.
I'm renting out two bright, interconnected rooms in my charming apartment near Hardplatz. The apartment has three rooms in total, a renovated kitchen, and a bathroom. The two connected rooms are for your exclusive use. The third room belongs to me but is only used very occasionally and can also be shared by arrangement.
A little about me: I live in Berlin and work as a flight attendant for SWISS. Because of my work, I'm rarely in Zurichsometimes not at all for several months, and occasionally only for a few nights each month when I'm on standby duty or attending training.
This means that, most of the time, you'll have the apartment almost entirely to yourself while still enjoying the benefits of a home in a fantastic central location.
I'm looking for a reliable, tidy, and respectful person who values a peaceful home and treats it with care.
