We are looking for a new roommate for our great 4.5-room apartment in district 4.
We, that's Abtin (34) and Lissi (32), besides a strong fig tree. Since our current roommate is moving out, a beautiful room will become available at our place.

• Window front on the entire side facing northeast
• Private access to one of the balconies
• Available from August 1st, both for an unlimited rental period and temporarily from a minimum rental period of two months

You! We are looking forward to an open and uncomplicated person who enjoys life and is sociable, has ambitions but doesn't take themselves too seriously, doesn't always hide in their room and likes to have a drink (Abtin is a master of the craft).
