The apartment is characterized by the following details:  

• 2 rooms with linoleum flooring  
• Simple, functional built-in kitchen from Forster including dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator with freezer  
• Bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub, mirror cabinet  
• Small balcony facing the backyard  
• Basement compartment on the ground floor

For shared use:  

• Small elevator  
• Laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, drying room with dehumidifier for shared use on the ground floor, flexible washing days (entry in a list)  
• Bicycle parking spaces in the house 

The property is not barrier-free.

Minimum occupancy: There is no minimum occupancy for this apartment.

Tenants with lower income have the opportunity to apply for a rent subsidy of CHF 100.- per month from the Stiftung Habitat for this apartment. Please note that this rent subsidy is already included in the rent price listed here. We only consider applications for this apartment that meet our criteria for rent subsidies to tenants of the Stiftung Habitat and whose annual income is less than CHF 42,000 per year.
